This Banana Oat Smoothie makes the perfect breakfast that you can drink at home or on the go. With bananas, yogurt and raw oatmeal it will fill you up and power you through your morning.

Ingredients

banana
1/4
cup
oatmeal
uncooked - not quick cooking
1/2
cup
plain nonfat yogurt
1/2
cup
vanilla soymilk
a squeeze of honey
to taste
dash or two of cinnamon
Instructions
Place the banana, yogurt, milk, and raw oatmeal in the blender
Add honey to taste, optional.
Pulse on medium speed until completely blended.
Pour into a glass and add a dash of cinnamon for taste.
Notes
I generally skip the honey! Banana helps to add sweetness.
