To a serving bowl, add ingredients that you like to create a delicious grain bowl. (For example, I love to start with a bed of kale, add Brussels Sprouts, one helping of quinoa.
Top with crumbled BUBBA Veggie Burger.
Top with hummus, Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, fresh mint and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Drizzle with olive oil if too dry for your liking.
