Easy Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

1 box devil’s food cake mix
2 eggs
⅓ cup olive oil
1/4 cup holiday M&M’s plus more to garnish on top

Instructions

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
To a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil, 1/4 cup candy, until smooth.
Use a spoon to mix well.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on baking sheet; 2 inches apart.
Top each dough ball with 2-3 M&M’s.
Bake 6-8 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a cooling rack, and finish cooling completely before enjoying.

Notes

If you don't want to use olive oil (which helps to make the cookies super moist) you can use vegetable oil or even melted butter.

If the dough seems too dry, add a TBSP of water and mix well.

Also, any hard-shelled chocolate candy should work!
